The TryRewards Grand Jackpot is offered through a promotional sweepstakes conducted by Tyrads Pte. Ltd. through its TryRewards platform.
1. SPONSOR
The sponsor of the TryRewards Grand Jackpot Promotional Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is: Tyrads Pte. Ltd. Tyrads Pte. Ltd. is referred to in these Official Rules as the "Sponsor."
2. DEFINITIONS
For purposes of these Official Rules, the following terms have the meanings set out below. Capitalized terms used but not separately defined in this Section 2 have the meanings given to them elsewhere in these Official Rules.
"Advertiser" means a third-party advertiser, game developer, survey provider, or offer provider that makes an Advertiser Offer available through the TyrRewards/TryRewards application/Offerwall.
"Advertiser Offer" means a game, survey, deal, or other third-party offer made available within the Games, Surveys, or Deals sections (or successor sections) displayed in TryRewards application.
"Eligible Entry" means an eligible Golden Ticket included in the applicable random-selection drawing for a Sweepstakes.
"Entry Period" means the period during which Qualifying Activity may be performed to obtain tickets eligible for the applicable Sweepstakes, as specified in the Sweepstakes-specific information terms.
"Golden Lootbox" has the meaning given in Section 15.
"Golden Ticket" has the meaning given in Section 14.
"Grand Jackpot" or "Jackpot" means the cash prize described in Section 22.
"Jackpot Option" has the meaning given in Section 16.
"Participant" means an individual who satisfies the eligibility requirements of Section 6 and participates in a Sweepstakes.
"Qualifying Activity" means an activity designated by the Sponsor from time to time as sufficient to earn a Regular Ticket or Golden Ticket, including the free activities described in Section 10 and Advertiser Offer activity described in Section 20.
"Regular Lootbox" and "Regular Ticket" have the meanings given in Section 13.
"Rewards Program Terms" means the terms of service governing the TyrRewards/TryRewards platform, available at https://tryrewards.com/en/terms-of-service as amended from time to time.
"Sponsor" means Tyrads Pte. Ltd.
"Sweepstakes" means an TyrRewards Grand Jackpot promotional sweepstakes conducted under these Official Rules.
"Sweepstakes Period" means the Entry Period, winner selection date, and prize award date applicable to a specific Sweepstakes, as published in the applicable Sweepstakes-specific information terms.
"TryRewards" or "Platform" means the TyrRewards/TryRewards mobile application operated by the Sponsor.
"VIP Level" has the meaning given in Section 19.
3. PROMOTIONAL SWEEPSTAKES
The Sweepstakes are promotional prizes offered through the TyrRewards/TryRewards application. The Sweepstakes involves the awarding of prizes including grand jackpot through a random selection process.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A participant may obtain eligible tickets through free promotional activities described in these Official Rules. A participant may also obtain tickets through qualifying activities associated with participating Advertiser Offers, including qualifying purchases, where permitted.
A purchase is not required to participate in the Sweepstakes.
4. RECURRING SWEEPSTAKES
The Sponsor may conduct multiple Grand Jackpot Sweepstakes from time to time.
The Grand Jackpot feature may remain available on the TryRewards platform on an ongoing basis; however, each individual promotional Sweepstakes will constitute a separate promotion governed by the Official Rules applicable to that Sweepstakes. The specific details applicable to each Sweepstakes, including the prize, requirements, and other applicable terms, will be displayed for users in the TryRewards app before and during the applicable Sweepstakes.
Unless otherwise stated, entries from one Sweepstakes do not automatically carry forward to a subsequent Sweepstakes.
5. SWEEPSTAKES-SPECIFIC INFORMATION
The applicable Sweepstakes information will be displayed within the TryRewards application and/or the applicable Sweepstakes page.

Jackpot Prize: The Grand Jackpot will begin at the amount displayed in the TryRewards application at the commencement of the applicable Sweepstakes and may increase during the Entry Period through promotional contributions made by the Sponsor. The final Jackpot Prize awarded to the Winner will be determined at the time specified in these Official Rules and will equal the Jackpot amount displayed by TryRewards at that time, subject to these Official Rules and applicable law.

6. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who:
have an active TryRewards account;
meet the minimum age requirement;
are physically located in an eligible jurisdiction as described in Section 34;
satisfy all requirements contained in these Official Rules; and
are not otherwise prohibited from participating.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Sweepstakes-specific terms, participants must be at least 18 years old, or the applicable age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
The Sponsor may restrict participation in any particular state, territory, locality, or other jurisdiction where participation is prohibited, restricted, or subject to registration, licensing, bonding, filing, approval, or other regulatory requirements that the Sponsor has not satisfied. If an individual participates in a Sweepstakes from a jurisdiction in which the Sponsor has not satisfied the applicable legal or regulatory requirements, such participation may be deemed invalid, and the individual may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and/or deemed ineligible to receive any prize.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
7. INELIGIBLE PERSONS
Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, contractors and other personnel directly involved in the administration or operation of the Sweepstakes of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related entities are not eligible to participate.
Immediate family members and persons residing in the same household of such individuals are also not eligible.
The Sponsor reserves the right to exclude additional persons where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
8. ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICIAL RULES
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you:
acknowledge that you have read and understood these Official Rules;
agree to comply with these Official Rules;
agree to comply with the TryRewards Terms of Service and applicable policies, including the Rewards Program Terms; and
agree that the Sponsor's decisions relating to the administration of the Sweepstakes are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
Before a participant may use an eligible ticket to participate in the Grand Jackpot, the participant will be given access to these Official Rules through the TryRewards application and will be required to affirmatively accept them.
9. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Participants may obtain eligible tickets without purchasing any goods or services, including through the guaranteed free Ticket described in Section 10.
A participant does not have to:
make a payment to TryRewards;
purchase a ticket;
purchase a Golden Ticket;
purchase a Golden Loot Box;
purchase VIP status; or
make a purchase in an Advertiser Offer,
as a condition of being eligible to participate.
A purchase does not change the probability assigned to an individual eligible entry.
10. FREE METHOD OF PARTICIPATION — Free Ticket
10.1 Regardless of VIP Level, purchase history, or spending activity, participants may complete the free Qualifying Activity when available. The reward associated with the Qualifying Activity may vary and may consist of a Ticket, a specified dollar amount, or another benefit, as determined by the Sponsor and disclosed in the TryRewards app.
10.2 Completing the Free Ticket Qualifying Activity does not require any purchase, in-app purchase, payment, or spend of real or virtual currency, and does not require completion of any Advertiser Offer beyond the free gameplay described above.
10.3 The Sponsor may offer additional free methods of obtaining Regular Tickets or Golden Tickets from time to time, which will be described within the applicable Sweepstakes-specific terms or displayed promotional materials in the TryRewards application.
10.4 Additional free-ticket guarantees or accelerated free-ticket opportunities associated with a particular VIP Level, if any, will be specified in the applicable Sweepstakes-specific terms. See also Section 19.
11. HOW THE GRAND JACKPOT WORKS
The Grand Jackpot promotional mechanism generally operates as follows:
Qualifying Activity → Ticket → Lootbox → Golden Ticket → Golden Lootbox → Jackpot Option → Jackpot Wheel → Potential Grand Jackpot Winner

Qualifying Activity → Golden Ticket → Golden Lootbox → Jackpot Option → Jackpot Wheel → Potential Grand Jackpot Winner
The exact availability of each step may depend on the applicable TryRewards promotional mechanics.
A participant may initially obtain a Regular Ticket. A Regular Ticket may be used to open a Regular Lootbox. A Regular Lootbox may award a Golden Ticket. A Golden Ticket may be used to open a Golden Lootbox. A Golden Lootbox may award a Jackpot Option. A Jackpot Option allows the participant to participate in the Grand Jackpot wheel and potentially win the Grand Jackpot.

A participant may obtain a Golden Ticket. A Golden Ticket may be used to open a Golden Lootbox. A Golden Lootbox may award a Jackpot Option. A Jackpot Option allows the participant to participate in the Grand Jackpot wheel and potentially win the Grand Jackpot.
12. TICKETS
TryRewards may provide different types of promotional tickets, including Regular Tickets and Golden Tickets.
Tickets are promotional items used solely within the TryRewards platform. Tickets:
are not cash;
have no independent cash value;
cannot be redeemed for cash;
cannot be sold or transferred unless expressly permitted;
cannot be exchanged for money; and
may only be used in accordance with the applicable TryRewards mechanics.
13. REGULAR TICKETS & REGULAR LOOTBOX.
Regular Tickets may be earned through qualifying activities within the TryRewards platform and participating Advertiser Offers, and through the free Ticket described in Section 10.
A Regular Ticket may be used to open a Regular Lootbox. The Regular Lootbox may provide promotional rewards, including the opportunity to receive a Golden Ticket.
14. GOLDEN TICKETS
Golden Tickets are promotional tickets that may be used to access a Golden Lootbox.
Golden Tickets may be obtained through one or more qualifying methods, including:
completion of qualifying tasks or events in eligible Advertiser Offers without making a purchase;
qualifying activities in participating Advertiser Offers; and
qualifying purchases in participating Advertiser Offers, where permitted.
A participant is not required to make a necessary purchase to obtain a Golden Ticket.
15. GOLDEN LOOTBOX
A Golden Ticket may permit the participant to open a Golden Lootbox. A Golden Lootbox may contain one or more promotional rewards. One possible reward is a Jackpot Option. The Jackpot Option allows the participant to participate in the Grand Jackpot wheel.
The available rewards and applicable probabilities or selection methodology for a Regular Lootbox and a Golden Lootbox will be established by the Sponsor and disclosed as required by applicable law.
16. JACKPOT OPTION AND GRAND JACKPOT WHEEL
When a participant receives a Jackpot Option from an eligible Golden Lootbox, the participant may access the Grand Jackpot wheel.
The wheel is a visual representation of the underlying random-selection process. The participant does not control or influence the outcome of the random selection by timing, stopping, clicking, or otherwise interacting with the visual wheel. The outcome is determined by the underlying computerised random-selection mechanism operated by the Sponsor.
17. RANDOM SELECTION AND EQUAL ODDS PER ENTRY
For each Sweepstakes, the Sponsor’s computerized system will randomly select one eligible Golden Ticket from the pool of eligible Golden Tickets included in the applicable drawing. Each eligible Golden Ticket has an equal chance of being selected.
The probability assigned to an individual Golden Ticket does not change based on:
the source from which the ticket was obtained;
whether the ticket was obtained through a free activity;
whether the ticket was obtained through an Advertiser Offer activity;
whether the participant made a purchase;
the participant's VIP Level;
the participant's spending history; or
the participant's engagement history.
The Sponsor will not intentionally assign a different probability to individual eligible Golden Tickets based on the participant's commercial activity or account status.
18. NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES
A participant may possess or obtain multiple eligible Golden Tickets, subject to the applicable TryRewards mechanics and any limits specified for the applicable Sweepstakes.
Each eligible Golden Ticket constitutes a separate eligible entry for the applicable random selection. Accordingly, a participant holding multiple eligible Golden Tickets may have multiple entries in the applicable drawing.
The fact that individual tickets have equal odds does not prevent a participant from holding more than one eligible entry where permitted by the applicable Sweepstakes mechanics.
19. VIP LEVELS
TryRewards may operate a VIP or account-level system that provides participants with different platform benefits and limits. VIP Levels may include: Rookie; Lucky; High Roller; Elite; and Royale.
The Sponsor may impose limits on the number of Regular Lootboxes and Golden Lootboxes that a participant may open within a specified period based on the participant's applicable VIP Level. VIP Level may be determined in accordance with TryRewards' applicable loyalty and engagement mechanics such as purchases.
VIP Level does not change the probability assigned to any individual eligible Golden Ticket. Each Golden Ticket participating in the same random drawing remains subject to the same selection probability.
19.1 Notwithstanding any VIP Level-based limit on the number of Regular Lootboxes or Golden Lootboxes a participant may open within a specified period, every participant, regardless of VIP Level, remains entitled to the free Daily Ticket described in Section 10. Any VIP Level-based limits apply to additional opportunities beyond, and do not reduce, restrict, or replace, that guaranteed free entry.
20. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISER OFFERS AND PURCHASE-RELATED ACTIVITIES
Participants may obtain tickets through qualifying purchases or other qualifying activities in participating Advertiser Offers. Such purchases are made with the applicable third-party Advertiser and are not payments to the Sponsor for the opportunity to win the Grand Jackpot.
A purchase is not required to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor does not sell the Grand Jackpot prize or sell a wager or gambling opportunity. A participant may participate using the free methods described in these Official Rules.
20.1 Advertisers are independent third parties and are not agents of the Sponsor. The Sponsor is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or performance of any Advertiser Offer, or for a third party's failure to credit a Regular Ticket or Golden Ticket for completed Qualifying Activity, although the Sponsor will use commercially reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve verified crediting discrepancies reported by a participant.
20.2 Sponsor's Compensation from Advertisers. The Sponsor may receive compensation from Advertisers based on user engagement, downloads, installs, gameplay, or other performance metrics when a participant views, installs, or interacts with an Advertiser Offer. This compensation is paid to the Sponsor by the Advertiser for user-acquisition and engagement services. It is not a payment made by, or on behalf of, the participant; is not required in order to obtain a Regular Ticket, Golden Ticket, or otherwise participate in the Sweepstakes; and has no effect on the odds of winning.
21. ODDS OF WINNING
Each eligible Golden Ticket has an equal probability of selection. The aggregate probability that a particular participant will be selected may depend on the number of eligible Golden Tickets held by that participant and the total number of eligible Golden Tickets included in the applicable drawing.
22. GRAND JACKPOT PRIZE AMOUNT AND FUNDING
22.1 The Grand Jackpot is funded by the Sponsor.
22.2 The Sponsor seeds the Grand Jackpot with a guaranteed minimum amount established by the Sponsor for the applicable Sweepstakes Period, as specified in the Sweepstakes-specific terms referenced in Section 5 or promotional material displayed in TryRewards application.
22.3 The Grand Jackpot may increase in real time during the Entry Period based on the Sponsor's internal promotional funding and rewards methodology, under which the Sponsor allocates an amount calculated by reference to approximately one percent (1%) of TryRewards program rewards in accordance with the Rewards Program Terms.
22.4 This allocation is a Sponsor-determined, platform-wide promotional and accounting practice applied to rewards generally across the TryRewards user base. It is not a fee, charge, wager, or stake imposed on, or deducted from, any individual participant's entry, ticket, or Sweepstakes activity, and no individual participant's purchase, ticket-earning activity, or unredeemed reward balance directly or proportionally determines the amount contributed to the Jackpot from that participant.
22.5 The Jackpot amount displayed within the TryRewards application may update in real time and may differ from the amount shown at any earlier point during the Entry Period. The final Grand Jackpot prize amount is determined as set out in Section 23.
23. FINAL GRAND JACKPOT AMOUNT
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Sweepstakes-specific rules:
The final Grand Jackpot prize amount will be the amount displayed by TryRewards at the time the winner is selected.
The amount may be different from the initial starting amount.
The Sponsor reserves the right to correct obvious technical, calculation, display, or administrative errors.
24. NUMBER OF WINNERS
Unless otherwise stated in the Sweepstakes-specific rules or promotional material displayed in TryRewards, one (1) winner will receive the Grand Jackpot prize.
25. WINNER SELECTION
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible Golden Tickets included in the applicable Sweepstakes drawing. The Sponsor will use a random selection mechanism designed to produce an unbiased selection.
The Sponsor may maintain technical records of the random-selection process for compliance, audit and dispute-resolution purposes.
26. WINNER NOTIFICATION
26.1 The potential winner will be notified within seven (7) days after the winner is selected, unless otherwise stated in the applicable Sweepstakes-specific rules. Notification may be made through:
the participant's TryRewards account;
registered email;
in-app notification; or
another contact method associated with the participant's account.
26.2 The Sponsor will make up to three (3) notification attempts, using one or more of the methods listed in Section 26.1, within the seven (7) day period described above.
26.3 The potential winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and fulfill the prize.
27. WINNER VERIFICATION
Before a prize is awarded, the Sponsor may require the potential winner to verify:
identity;
age;
location;
eligibility;
account ownership;
tax information; and
compliance with these Official Rules.
The Sponsor may also require the winner to complete any declarations, releases, tax documentation or other paperwork reasonably required for prize fulfillment.
28. FAILURE TO CLAIM OR VERIFY
If the potential winner:
cannot be contacted;
fails to respond within seven (7) days;
fails to verify eligibility;
fails to provide required information;
fails to comply with these Rules; or
is otherwise determined to be ineligible,
the Sponsor may disqualify the potential winner and select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries, where permitted by law.
29. LIMIT ON PRIZES
Limit one (1) Grand Jackpot prize per person and per household per Sweepstakes, regardless of the number of eligible Golden Tickets, accounts, or devices associated with that person or household, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
30. PRIZE CONDITIONS
The Grand Jackpot prize is non-transferable except where required by applicable law.
The Sponsor may, where permitted by law, substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
The winner is responsible for any taxes, fees or expenses associated with receiving or using the prize to the extent required by applicable law.
The Sponsor makes no guarantee regarding the winner's ability to use the prize for any particular purpose.
31. TAXES
All federal, state, local or other taxes arising from the receipt of the prize are the responsibility of the winner to the extent required by law.
The Sponsor may report the prize to tax authorities and may require the winner to provide tax information necessary to comply with applicable law.
32. FRAUD AND ABUSE
The Sponsor may disqualify any participant who attempts to manipulate, abuse or compromise the Sweepstakes. Prohibited conduct includes:
creating multiple accounts to circumvent entry restrictions;
using bots, scripts or automated systems;
manipulating the entry process;
submitting false information;
using another person's account;
fraudulently obtaining tickets;
exploiting technical vulnerabilities;
circumventing geographic restrictions;
interfering with the random-selection mechanism;
attempting to obtain unauthorized entries; or
otherwise undermining the integrity or fair operation of the Sweepstakes.
Violates terms of service of Try Rewards or Privacy Policy of Try Rewards.
The Sponsor may invalidate any entries associated with prohibited conduct.
33. MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
A participant may not create or use multiple TryRewards accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional entries or circumventing the limits applicable to the Sweepstakes.
If the Sponsor reasonably determines that multiple accounts are being used for prohibited purposes, the Sponsor may disqualify the participant and invalidate associated entries.
34. GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS AND STATE REGISTRATION
34.1 The Sweepstakes is intended to be offered to eligible participants located in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, subject to Section 34.2 and applicable law.
34.2 Participation by residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island is VOID AND NOT PERMITTED for any Sweepstakes Period, and with respect to any associated Jackpot amount, unless and until the Sponsor has completed any registration, bonding, or filing obligations required under such state's law for that Sweepstakes Period. The applicable Sweepstakes-specific terms referenced in Section 5 will state whether Florida, New York, and/or Rhode Island residents are eligible to participate in that particular Sweepstakes Period.
34.3 The Sponsor may exclude additional states, territories or jurisdictions where participation is prohibited, restricted, or subject to registration, licensing, bonding, filing, or approval requirements that the Sponsor has not satisfied.
34.4 A participant's ability to access or view the Sweepstakes or Grand Jackpot feature within the TryRewards application does not establish that the participant is eligible to participate, win, or receive a prize.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
35. SPONSOR'S RIGHT TO MODIFY, SUSPEND OR TERMINATE
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate a particular Sweepstakes where reasonably necessary due to:
fraud;
unauthorized intervention;
technical problems;
security concerns;
changes in law;
regulatory requirements;
circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control; or
circumstances affecting the fairness, security or integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Where required by applicable law, the Sponsor will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
If a Sweepstakes is terminated, the Sponsor will determine the appropriate treatment of eligible entries and the prize in accordance with applicable law.
36. TECHNICAL PROBLEMS
The Sponsor is not responsible for:
internet failures;
network interruptions;
telecommunications failures;
device failures;
software failures;
server outages;
delayed communications;
corrupted transmissions;
unauthorized access; or
other technical problems beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
37. PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with the Try Rewards Privacy Policy. Information may be collected and processed for purposes including:
administering the Sweepstakes;
verifying eligibility;
preventing fraud;
communicating with participants;
selecting and contacting winners;
fulfilling prizes; and
complying with legal obligations.
38. PUBLICITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor may identify a winner using the winner’s identifying information, such as the winner’s first name and last initial, username, or other information appropriate for announcing the winner.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant acknowledges and agrees that, if selected as a winner, the Sponsor may use the winner’s name, username, likeness, voice, statements, interview responses, and other information voluntarily provided by the winner in connection with the Sweepstakes for promotional and publicity purposes, including in press releases, social media posts, websites, the TryRewards platform, advertisements, interviews, podcasts, videos, and other marketing or promotional materials, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by applicable law.
A selected winner may be required to reasonably cooperate with the Sponsor’s publicity activities relating to the Sweepstakes or the winner’s experience, including participating in interviews, providing statements or testimonials, or appearing in promotional content. Where permitted by applicable law, a winner’s refusal to provide the required consent or reasonably cooperate with such publicity activities may result in the winner being deemed ineligible to receive the prize, and the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
Any use of the winner’s name, likeness, voice, statements, or other personal information will be subject to applicable law and the Sponsor’s applicable privacy practices.
39. DISCLAIMER
Participation does not guarantee a win. The Sponsor does not represent or guarantee that:
any particular participant will win;
the application will operate continuously or without interruption;
the Sweepstakes will be free from technical errors; or
the Jackpot will reach any particular amount.
40. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives and agents will not be responsible for losses arising from:
participation in the Sweepstakes;
technical failures;
unauthorized intervention;
network or communication failures;
device or software problems;
fraudulent activity by third parties; or
circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
41. GOVERNING LAW
